Dr. Molina will speak about our current understanding of risk for substance abuse among children with ADHD. Data from recent longitudinal studies will be included as well as information about long-term adolescent and adulthood outcomes beyond the addictions that may have relevance for addiction vulnerability. Findings about factors that may explain and/or contribute to ADHD-related risk for substance abuse, and the role of treatment, will be discussed.
