2012 Disability and Health Partners Meeting

Overview

The 2012 Disability and Health Partners Meeting will provide newly funded State Disability and Health Grantees with an opportunity to connect with their CDC Project Officers, Public Health Practice and Resource Centers, and other disability and health partners.  In addition to networking, grantees will receive an overview of grant requirements and project expectations.
